We are a family-owned team of real operators, not a faceless help desk.

Artie Lock, our president, brings more than two decades in systems administration, networking, and IT leadership across demanding environments like hospitals and multi-site businesses.

Our Tulsa-based staff spans Level 1, 2, 3, and RCDD technicians, with 88 years of combined experience and support available 24/7.

Where the Name Came From: Deep Roots Since 2001

SilverTree started in 2001 with a simple picture in mind. We wanted an IT company as sturdy and stable as a mature tree with deep roots, yet agile enough to keep polishing itself and staying bright in a world that never stops changing.

We were founded by hands-on network engineers and systems professionals who live and breathe infrastructure. From day one we held one belief above all others: technology should serve the business, not the other way around.

Honestly, the company was born out of frustration. Too many vendors were selling overpriced buzzwords instead of reliability, leaving owners confused and exposed. We set out to be the opposite.
